Orders & Payment

• How do I place an order?
  Simply browse our collections, select your desired items, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete the payment using our secure payment methods.
• Can I modify or cancel my order?
  We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Please email us immediately at achieve@victorous.com with your order number. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes.
• Is my payment information secure?
  Yes. We use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

• Where do you ship?
  Victorous ships internationally. During checkout, you can select your country to see available shipping options and estimated delivery times.
• Enjoy free shipping on orders of $200 or more.
• A shipping fee of $18.99 applies to orders under $200.
• How can I track my package?
  Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
• My package shows as “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it.
  Please check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, with neighbors). If it is still missing, contact us at achieve@victorous.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

• Who pays for return shipping?
  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.
